I am already taking less exemptions so that more tax is withheld. But, in my current situation I want to increase the number of exemptions so that less tax is withheld. For example if my total exemptions are 4 and I am currently expmting 2, then, now I want to make it 4.

Thank you both for replying to my urgent questions. As soon as I read your responses, I called my friend and told him to not include me on his loan as a cosigner. I told him the whole situation and he understood it. Phew!!!!. I was going to screw up my case.
