juvenile confidentiality I forgot to mention that this was in no way a part of any investigation, as these two individuals are private citizens in town. Both came forward to me with this information about my juvenile son.

juvenile confidentiality The arresting officer has told, in a bragging manner, at least two different parties (not law enforcement) that he arrested a certain juvenile on underage drinking violations. Both parties are willing to testify to this.
