Hmmmm, there are over 600 views to this post and I'm sure it ain't 'cuz of the actual interest in the case itself.

Trees, My Fence, Space & Oy Vey!

See OP, this is where it gets nasty. In a hasty attempt to open up the area and be satisfied with your views, you topped her trees (not cut back properly but TOPPED.) Now forgive me here bigdogs, but I am strictly going to speak from a horticultural perspective. Tune in! Topping is referred...

Tree leafs in neighbors swimming pool

Whether cutting up to the property line or not, either way your trees will be permanently disfigured. If trying to reason with him doesn't work, tell him he shouldn't have bought the property if he had such intentions at the time too. Keep firm and watch out!

neighbor blows snow into our yard/house

Don't. It's a waste of time and completely pointless. But otherwise, taking photos etc. is an excellent idea. If you shovel the snow back onto his property, then that may stop him from doing this.

    GONE without warning!

Reading the updates on this post, it does sound a little overboard. However, I guess its the wrongful actions perpetrated by a stubborn fool against an innocent one without prior reason(s) is what really counts here. Whether the OP really did get $10 000 or not, we don't know. But if he...

my neighbor lets her dog crap in my yard!

Next time pick up the dog crap, put it in a bag, and place it directly at her front door. Also, you may label the bag as "a present" if you wish. Good luck.

    Harrassment from neighbor

And this neighbor of yours is a school teacher!?! If I were you, I'd ask her whether she even has proof of doing that profession if she acts so stupidly. It makes one think.............

    GONE without warning!

In any event: First try speaking with the neighbor - listen to his side of the story, and whether court fees can at all be avoided by an agreement and good moral character. * However someone who would do such a thing just doesn't give a damn about how you feel, the damage he created...

    parking lot scrape

Eventhough it seemed common-sense to leave the scene, and things may appear to be scary, they aren't. However, you can't evade not paying anything as someone pinned you down. In such minor incidents, lawyers aren't a necessity to hire. Check with someone more experienced though.

Thank you for the posted information. However, what is it that you want answered for you on this forum?

    repo on my car

Don't you mean repaired or something as opposed to "repoed"? Also, you'll have to elaborate a bit on the details if you want a justifiable answer. To me, this $275 seems suspicious. Given by what you stated, it is unrelated to the circumstances.

    county commissioners and neighbor

Tonjuark, As you can depict from my signature, I have no idea on the proper handlement of such complex issues. It is his property and the road doesn't intrude upon your own. Take photographs of the runoff and ditch and send it to the City or something and inquire if anything can be done...

    crazy neighbor

It is evident that the police don't want much involvement, and despite the evidence you have shown them, they hardly did anything effective to solve this. Drag the old bat to court and sue her for property damages, continual herassment, etc. If not, consider moving. Good luck and all the best.
