By the way, I have tried in vain to find away to find the Virgin Islands Code on line without having a subscription. I don't understand enough to use the one that lawyers use. Is there a way to find rules that apply to the VI online?

As we say down here Tanx!!!!!! I will wait to see if repairs begin . Don't want to begin an adversarial relationship unless I am forced . It's nice to know that there is help out there and I will fight like a tiger if I have to. :)
