Don't get me wrong I am very thankful all this is being covered under workmans comp. My concern is that this could cause long term pain and back problems, plus effect my employeement. What happens if I persue this with lawyer?
The equipment was not working properly and it was known that several stretchers were not working right, you just had to do what you had to do with what you got and hope for the best. It had be posted for a suggestion to be added to the budget for some new stretchers, so management knew of some...

Thank you meow, it seems BB is a bit insensitive and rather rude!! I know several people must have given BB a simular response, I have, but it doesn't seem to do any good.

Yes there is a protective order in place the bio father was physically abusive after the divorce. He did show tonight, I did have an agreement prepared for extended visitation but he choose not to do the extended visitation, not even to allow the child to be picked up Sun. morning so I have to...
The bio father was a no call no show yesterday suprise, suprise. ;) We will be at the sherief's dept at 2:45pm today to try again. Thank you again everyone for your information! :)
No I would not have my child out at all that late, that is one reason for the extended visitation plus I am giving the bio an opportunity to have some extra visitation if he chooses. Are you sure the child goes to the bio tonight? That is a lot of back and forth.
With this being the fourth weekend of visitation from 4:00pm Friday untill 3:00pm Sat going by weekend visitation the bio would have child from 4:00pm tonight until he is supposed to start holiday visitation. I would miss both Christmas eve and Christmas Day, that is not the way the order was...
Ok, so it is my understanding, that if the bio does not want the extra time I am considering then his visitation ends at 11:59pm Christmas night and I should be able to have my son back at 11:59pm then, legally speaking.
