one note about kids writing letters/signing affidavits, etc. regarding their wishes...I know in ohio there is a revised code stating that letters/documentation as such signed/written by minor children can not be considered by the courts. Check into that.

Yep. He got a copy of the letter and we are going to talk Friday before court. He seems to think that it's them grasping at straws, but as far as whether or not to bring this up in family court...we haven't discussed it yet.
