    Intensive Supervised Probation??

Colorado My husband has recently been sentenced to ISP here in Colorado. I have an outstanding court case that needs to be resolved. How much does his probation officer really care about who he resides with, and their criminal history?

    Violation of Probation

Usually, they are able to set a court date within a week or so, I don't think you would have to sit in jail for 30 days unless someone told you that. If you have an opportunity to bail out on this I would! Or...this person can wait until a court date is set. Unfortunately, no law against not...

    Baby for adoption w/out consent

All they can say is no...and then you can move forward with dealing with emotions. So you know...there is no written order about open or closed adoption. He has absolutely no parental rights over the child, and if you do consider pursuing anything that has been mentioned here, just be...

My son is How old is your son? How will that work with school? Why not 50%? Yes you know what he is sacrificing? 50% of the time he has with the child b/c mom has a right and obviously HE recognizes that. Just want to pay my fines

I haven't necessarily the out of state experience that she is going through now, but I was in a situation that did not allow me to start my jail time when necessary which resulted in a wonderful warrant for my arrest, all I wanted to do before I was to serve "my time" was to be sure that was all...

please help! father will not cooperate with me in regards to custody of our daughter

Why should he have to sacrifice anything?????? HES not asking to move, HE'S not asking to uproot and change a routine that the child knows and is obviously comfortable with, OP said he is a good Dad and now she wants to systematically move the child away from dad and in with the replacement...

please help! father will not cooperate with me in regards to custody of our daughter

Then maybe mediation would be best to begin with-with a legal advisor. Then with luck alot can be settled in an adult manner, what is best for the child.

Just want to pay my fines

well unfortunately there is no way around a warrant. (which I am assuming you have since they have informed you to turn yourself in). I suggest you contact a bondsman first and ask if you are able to bond out in Texas rather than Kansas. Or call whomever you spoke with before and maybe you...

    Another warrant

Thank You Thanks for the "kudos"!! You should tell your friend that there are some people that aren't ever looking at freedom, at least each day she is there counts closer to her freedom!! And anymore, you can get "good time" for being in there, get a job in the kitchen or laundry, you get...

    Baby for adoption w/out consent

That all depends on the parents. Some parents feel almost scared to make contact and keep contact with the birth parents, you hear of the adoption horror stories. That is why they give parents the option of open or closed adoption (closed adoption meaning-no contact). But if you can make...

    Baby for adoption w/out consent

I think handling the pain may help if you can somehow find out the particular adoption center that handled this adoption. I personally went through an adoption and they were wonderful! I had the fortunate opportunity to have an "open adoption" which means that you can still have contact with...
