Just noise or harassment?
get evidence. Just get a video camera, a tape deck, or anything like that and get all this on tape. When you feel you have enough evidence, file charges against your 'neighbors' for creating a situation where you are unable to reasonably enjoy your property. It's not fun or nice, but neither...- PONeighbor

How many people can live in a S.F. Dwelling?
What is the name of your state? CA ...A half million dollar house next door was sold, and the new owner rented it out to about 4 families. This is an old retirement type neighborhood, and the cars, noise, etc of the new renters have the entire neighborhood in a tizzy. I have had an old van...- PONeighbor
