    What is the name of your state? Oregon My Mother died recently and left a debt of $4,116.09. To a Credit Card Company. She has no property. She was on fixed income of Social Security. Am I responable for her debt? Should I contact them by phone or just send the Death Certificate?

    Two ways to find out if you have a warrant, contact a lawyer, which would cost alot of money, or go to the police and have them run a check. Sorry but this is the sure way to find out. Hope things work out for you.
