he had a screening hearing and was offered flat 12 months but was appointed an attorney who got him credit time served which turned out to be 71 days!

my husband has been incarcerated for about 2 months now, with no parole hearing. he was transfered to Tracy which is a prison facility, and i haven't been able to talk to him since. it has been about 31/2 weeks now.

you have to have the PO help him to fill out a 602 form requesting the change and with some good reasons for the move.
