    Another person driving - DUI

Man, you're not listening. It's like we have to tell you everything 2-3 times before you finally stop arguing a point. I find this frustrating. ... No, they will not clear you of the charges because of a driver who can not be found. You, as the owner of the car, even if you had been at home...

    10 year thing

Perhaps with an attorney you could argue a 'grandfather clause' considering you got your 1st offense before the new law went into effect, it is a possibility they might reduce your 2nd to a 1st, dunno... Peace Pascal

stupid mistake (currently on probation and blew under the legal limit) PRO VIOLATION?

Well, I dunno, with a prior it could fall under the Zero Tolerance law which is .02, but not all states have this law and/or it may not apply. Did the poss. charge suspend your license? If so, then it could be trouble. If not, you may stand a chance with the .07 / .08, but I recommend...

No, not for a misdemeanor, and not for owing money. Let me rephrase. They can not issue a warrant just for you owing money. IF you have *pending* charges AND these charges are misdemeanors they can arrest you but they will not cross state lines to do so. And if all your problem is owing money...

    Another person driving - DUI

Witnesses are not needed. All the police needs is evidence, motive, and a confession (denial is considered confession). They have you, your car, and the scene of the accident. That is all they need, even if the three blind monkeys did not see what happened. Times, directions and other typos...

    third DUI in Virginia (OW!)

(I know, out of thread) Maximum: jail one year, fine $2500, license suspension one year. * YOU WILL NOT GET THIS UNLESS YOU BEHAVE LIKE AN ARSE IN COURT. * Your sentence can and will likely be reduced, but: ----- In Virginia, the BAC limit is .08 percent and for a first offense the...
