I am the seller of this residential property. Oil tank has been removed from underground, and State Farm has committed to covering the cost of soil and underground remediation. What remains to be done is the actual remediation, awaiting results of waste class sample.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. On the Affidavit of support, is it sufficient to just submit the IRS tax returns for the past 3 years, if it meets the minimum requirements? Can I leave Part 4 (sponsor's assets and liabilities) blank?

I understand I can file all these forms together: I-130, I-485, Affidavit of Support and Biographic Information. Should I be submitting 2 sets of Biographic Information, one for the petitioner (that's me) and one for my mother?
