What is the name of your state? NJ

I understand I can file all these forms together: I-130, I-485, Affidavit of Support and Biographic Information. Should I be submitting 2 sets of Biographic Information, one for the petitioner (that's me) and one for my mother?

Thanks.

Yes, and I am assuming you will be filing for your mother as a child who is a US citizen. This is the only way you can file for your mother as a one-step process of I-130 and I-485.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance with this matter.

Hi Lana,

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. On the Affidavit of support, is it sufficient to just submit the IRS tax returns for the past 3 years, if it meets the minimum requirements? Can I leave Part 4 (sponsor's assets and liabilities) blank?

Best regards.

Yes, if you are completing the portion of the affidavit that has to do with your income, etc and you include the last three years' tax returns, then you do not need to complete the portion about the other assets.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance with this matter.

Is it alright to state my mother's US address as different from mine? She currently resides with my sister.

Need help in filling up Form I-864 Affidavit of Support - Part 4 - B - Sponsor's Household Size:
1. Number of persons living in your residence: I have 2 college kids living on campus, but they stay with me during semestral break and summer...should I reply '3' (include myself)?

4. Number of persons who are otherwise dependent on you, as claimed in your tax return for the most recent tax year: Should I again answer '2' -to mean my 2 college kids?

By answering 3 and 2 on these questions, am I not making the total household size bigger (it will now total 6!)

Thanks for your response.
