Mortgage company commiting fraud?
So you dont want the house? You know what the payments will be, you must of known that when you bought the house. So you dont want it now??? You could be borderline qualifiers. Why does not being approved make you not want the house any longer???.....doesnt make sense to me.- John Se

How do I get rid of squatters
Tell them to move...get the sheriff Tell them to move, in writing, if they dont get the sheriff. I doubt a squatter will sue, it takes Money to sue. Secure the property.- John Se

How much money are we talking about? This matters because it will give you an estimate of how much they are willing to fight. I think you need to offer to purchase the "other vacant lot". the difference between filing liens and perfecting liens just about anyone can file a lien, Perfecting a lien and getting a judgement are two entirely different things. bogus liens can be discharged by the court.- John Se

CCR&R's Neighborhood CC&R's may prohibit "Exactly" the same house. But basically you cant do anything, BTW what's you beef? Do you think your house is ugly and dont want to look at another one? Did they tell you yours was the only one ever going to be similar?- John Se
