What is the name of your state? CA Can an apartment complex charge different residents different prices for same apartment? Example, we're coming off our 6mo lease and they are raising rent. Ebay buyer refuses to pay
There are alot of illegal DVDs floating around Ebay right now though. Such as collections of TV shows not officially released on DVD. Just look up "Fresh Prince". Employee Stock Sold, Implications?

I am unsure of TX law on private property but I just went through a similar issue with my apartment complex. Police stole my Bongs

Why not just lie and say you have no kids. If you get hired, then they later find out you really had kids, I don't see how they could fire you for lying during the interview if they shouldn't have asked you in the first place. Make sense?- sungod916
