I am in the same boat I came on Dec 12th for the holidays and stayed too to marry a US citizen am just getting all my paperwork together . I have been told as long as we have been here over 90 days and file the paperwork we can stay legally until we are processed.
A question why as a Canadian Citizen do you need a visa to vissit, I have been vissiting my girlfriend over the last five years quite often without any visa
