My sister has a 99 Mustang. The rear end was making a noise and she called C & R Mobile mechanics to come out and fix the car. He replaced the rear end and she drove the car to work. When her shift at the hospital was over the rear end locked up. We had to pay to have the car towed back to her home per the mechanic. It has been2 weeks and he ignores calls and misses appointments to come out and fix the car. She has a 30 day warranty in writing as well as he posts the warranty on the web. What can we do?

Written request RRR Certified mail ,including a copy of the warranty .

Also one sent first class mail.

If the written Certified request is not signed for and returned ( do-not open it ).

Get them out before the warranty expires ,and follow the warranty requirements to the T.

If you do not get satisfaction within the 30 days ,get an estimate or two of repairs from reputable repair Co.s ,preferably the manufacturer's or authorized ,then sue for the cost .
