It has been a few days since my accident, but I still haven't received my copy of the report or my citation yet in the mail. The officer said I could pick it up or receive it in the mail but I told him I'll wait for it (but I'm not sure he heard me) because I'll have trouble getting a ride to the station.
Does anyone know if I have to plead within 10 days of the accident or 10 within the date I receive my citation in the mail?
If it is the former it sorta sucks because it gives me a lot less time.
