Okay ! Okay!

I'm just on this ride until I get moved back to San Diego SAK2000
Them was your words dearie!

If you want to rumble... Rumble...

Hey, I am bringing my ex-landlord to small claims court... so I am not the meek little chicken-snot that my last post sounded. :o

Do what ya want, and good luck to ya. This LL just sounds a bit off base, and playing with someone with a missing piece.... well. I am mixing metaphors here... better quit while I'm ahead. ;)

Enasni (Insane), All I'm saying is if my landlord continues to give me bogus notices and tries to itimidate me, I say bring it one. I didn't do or say anything for him to bring on the 1st notice so who's to say he won't give me another one?

Turnip, just to clarify a 3 day pay or quit is not the same as a 3 day comply or quit. A 3 Day pay or quit means just what it says. I've been a renter for 20 years and could probably advise you but I think there are a few people more qualified than I. You might receive a 3 day comply if you had an illegal pet. This is only an example. There are many reasons you could receive a 3 day to comply......

This is the best thread ever! I wish I had a landlord like that! "erroneous gossip" Hilarious!

My response:

Actually, no.

While this thread may hold "some" interest, the "best" threads are saved and then republished on November 15th of each year for our annual "Most Stupid Post" contest. This thread didn't make the "cut".

The last "Most Stupid Contest" was terrific, filled with the oddities and foibles found in the human condition. However, the next "contest" is already shaping up to be the best "knee-slapper" yet!

So, come on back November 15, 2005, to vote for your favorite "Most Stupid Post" and see who wins on December 15, 2005! :D

IAAL,

I was wondering what happened to you. I really wanted your input on the comment where my landlord told me if I didn't comply he would then give me the notice "legally".

**A: yeah, so what. Any landlord can give notice legally.
