What is the name of your state? california

was involved in a 3 car accident wherein the 1st car ran a red light and t-boned my car after which my car then hit another. i had no insurance. who is liable for who and what does this mean since i had no insurance?

who is liable? the car that ran the red light.

What will happen with you? Probably a suspended license since you were involved in an accident without insurance.

Lack of insurance plays NO ROLE on the fault of the accident.

My response:

There's always a possibility that you could get tagged for some negligence, depending upon the actual facts, and the mechanics of the accident; e.g., we don't know if you were violating any vehicle codes just prior to the accident.

what should i do regarding the settlement with her insurance co.? i do not seem to have any major injuries and my family doctor can't see me until early next wee...i do not quite know how to proceeed from here on in...
