7 months and still no info...whats the chance they get it tomorrow?

7 months ago, in july i was issued an MIP with 3 of my friends. our court dates were all durnign the same week and now they have everything taken care of and are off probation and everything. Me on the other hand...the court has still not recieved any info about. I've called back every month to reschedule my arraingment date but they have nothing. I just called them a few minutes ago to see if i woudl be going in this friday the 18th but yet again they have nothing...the clerk said to call back tomorrow to see if they have it yet if not they will give me a new date. my question is....whats the chance they will get it tomorrow if they havnt' gotten it in the past 7 months. Should i just not call back and be free from worrying about it? but though, what woudl happened if they get it in the next couple months, is that likely and what woudl happen? i'm 18 so i did not have to tell my parents so they still do not know about it. would they call my house if they got my information? i know that the people that issued it have a year to file...please, any advice would be great.

few problems.....it was issued by the DNR...its about an hour and a half away....and i have no car/transportation....i live on campus at my university

thanks for the sarcasm i appreciate it....i don't have money to pay for transportation like that....and if i had family or friends available i would have alreayd used that resourse and for the record you did not answer my original question
