I first thing this morning contacted probation to see what happened yesterday. I again was told nothing because she can't be nitified.
She reiterated again that she did get verification but because the mother said no that's the end of it. As far as they rae concerned she doesn't live there any longer.
Only in NJ could you be rewarded for pergery, giving the Judge a fake address.

I'm not exactly sure who you're talking to. You're keep saying "probation." Have you called the caseworker assigned to you in the domestics department? If we're talking about the same thing/person, ask to speak to the supervisor!! You are being given the runaround. I suspect because you're out of state. Okay, now I'm getting pissed. Let me go do a little research. BRB

I just found a great site for you to review. There is a wealth of knowledge there about how to get the warrant issued. Under the law, as long as they have her last known address, THAT's proper, legal service. So my suspicions were affirmed - that woman you're dealing with is giving you the run-around.

I also reviewed the NJ Court Rules and discovered that NJ allows for criminal prosecution for willful failure to pay support (N.J.S. 2C:24-5). Try to contact the State's attorney and see if you can get some help from them too.

If you can prove that she intentionally provided an incorrect address, then you would something. That would involve alot of leg work -- especially with the USPS (US Postal Service).

In addition to the great links singlemom provided, you might also want to look into the federal statutes (a simple google search should get you to the site you need...beware, I believe international sites pop-up near the top too). IIRC, this should be considered a federal offense.

Update 9 times

Nine times now, yesterday the JUDGE gave her 7 days to Pay a purge amount of $5,000.00, provide a proper address, work address and phone numbers or enother warrant would be issued for her arrest. Never even addressed the contempt motion as if it was never mentioned.
Then people wonder why you get angry and frustrated at the SYSTEM, the judge had all previous orders, he knows her history, new she never wouldn't give any info and away she was allowed to go yet again. It'll be 2 more years before she is caught upto again.
Thank you for the past advise
and have a GOOD DAY.
