Hi my name is Sara and I am a senior at Terra Nova High. I need help for my 22yr. old brother, He's currently in jail right now and trying to get his GED but they will not allow him to take the class. They say it’s because he is affiliated with a gang, yet there are other gang members enrolled in the class. They are trying to get gang members off the streets, get the man education and for them to try and start a better life yet they will not allow him to take the class. I was looking for help to get him in to the GED class courses and get an education for when he does get out. So he can start a better life and get off the streets. The jail is a controlled environment. They can prevent people from doing things for any number of reasons. If he wants to complete his GED he can find one of a multitide of programs in and around Pacifica when he gets out of jail.

Oh, and this wouldn't happen to be "Billy" who is in jail rather than your brother, would it?
