What is the name of your state? massachusetts

what sort of documentation should be brought to the 341 hearing? If you are married and both want to file chapter 7--can you file on joint and individual debt at the same time?

This is what I brought to my 341 as was recommended by my attorney:

Social Security Card
Drivers License
Bank Statements (I brought 2 months)

That is all that he requested. Experts may correct me, but if you and your husband are filing joint you can file on joint and individual debts.

Kwalla is correct. You don't usally bring more than ID to the 341 unless your lawyer suggests also brining the bank statements.
