Can i be evicted or denied an apartment/house because i refuse to participate in a renaisance fair that is going to be held on the property? If i can't be denied/evicted can i be told to say in the house/apartment during the event?

**A: no, you cannot be evicted. You can only be evicted for default of the lease or expiration of the lease.

Yes, you CAN be evicted.... but ONLY if the requirement to participate is a part of the lease. If you don't, then you are in breach.... and subject to eviction proceedings. Will a court grant the landlords request is the real question.

Yes, you can be denied. If the lease includes a provision that you MUST participate and you refuse to sign because of it.... then you can be denied.

who just take the months rent and dont give a damn about the people in which they rent too
