Abandoned by my wife

My wife and I have filed for divorce.She left me for a guy she met on the internet.She went to Ohio to see her dad and saw this guy instead.So anyway I talked to her the day before she was coming back home.She said she wanted to be with him and was coming to get her stuff.I said ok you can take our truck and your stuff and good luck.While she was here I had the papers drawn up on line,had them sighned and notorized.Went down to the justice of the peace and filed the same day she left.But the plot thickens,I have two beautiful duaters whoare now my whole world.Without my ex wifes income I am strugling to pay the bills.So I decided to refianance to pay off the credit cards and both cars so that I have some breathing room.Is there anything I can do to help my situation at this point?

Did you file for a divorce with the COURT?

Has a Judge signed a divorce decree?

Is there any provisions in the papers you signed that referrs to custody or child support?

What Ive done so far is filled with the justice of the peace.At this point I need her to fill out paper work on the child support side.But now she is no where to be found.At first I would here from her every day.But now I never do.Its been a month and everytime I did talk to her it was in a different state.As far as I neither one of them are working and have been living like gypsies.Hopping from one place to another with a ttruck full of stuff.Atleast thats what she is saying.Its been 7 to 10 days since ive heard from her last.Thats when i told her that if it became between the electric bill and a cc payment,i was gonna need my lights on.
