What is the name of your state? Ohio
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this topic, so please let me know if I need to move it somewhere else...
I was over at a friends house and we were talking about here romance life. She asked me my option abour her situation, and I told her a few things she didn't want to hear...Such as she wasn't ready for a relationship and was too close to her mother. The conversation moved to a more sexual nature when I began joking about buying her a sexual toy for Christmas. She said she has no use for one and went into detail about why it was no use to her. At the end of the conversation she said she didn't want to talk about issues that personal, and I told her that was fine, just let me know if a conversation is too personal. So, the next day she calls and says she is upset with me, and what I did is against the law, and that she is looking for a lawyer.
As you can see, I don't know much about the law, but is there any grounds for any kind of suit?
