Adoption on a baby

Im from Dallas,Texas.

My ex girlfriend is 8 months pregnant and when she was 6 months she had mentioned she wanted to put the baby out for adoption IF the baby boy is mine how would i go to determine the dna test first without her placing the baby for adoption. She is really thinking about doing this but if she keeps me away from the baby when he is born what can i do???What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

thanks zinger ill look into it its driving me crazy not knowing if the baby is mine then the mother want to place him for adoption
