Is it illegal for a father to insist a 20 yr. old daughter leave the home because of irresponsible behavior, not helping at home and using foul language to her parents? Mother doesn't want her to leave and threatens to call sheriff.

daughter is an adult. dad can call police to have her removed from the home.

If she is paying rent she is treated like a tenant. have to go through eviction process.
