my husband slept with another woman and now she is pregnant and claims it is his. we have two other children. i want to know if there is any way to give up his rights. i would also like to know if there is any law in the state of mn which i could sue her for breaking up our marriage and making my life miserable.

You sound like you could be me and I live in MN too. I have no advice for you law wise, us married mothers seem to have no rights. If you need support specifically with this sort of situation (other woman/other child) check out http://www.marriagebuilders.com and go to the forums section, Infidelity. There is a sub-section dealing specifically with Pregnancy/child in an affair. There are a lot of great people in the same situation willing to lend support.
