my husband slept with another woman and now she is pregnant and claims it is his. we have two other children. i want to know if there is any way to give up his rights. i would also like to know if there is any law in the state of mn which i could sue her for breaking up our marriage and making my life miserable.

You sound like you could be me and I live in MN too. I have no advice for you law wise, us married mothers seem to have no rights. File for legal seperation and Child Support now. If she files for CS first, then there may be less money for you.
