Thank You so much for everything you wrote, You were right oh so many times, thanks for understanding, California needs laws like NY maybe then we wouldn't have so many people on AFDC and the "new" partner would take a closier look at the whole picture, when marrying someone with a child. Knowing him he has her beleiving that I am the difficult one KEEPING him away from seeing his daughter......if she only knew.....its all his loss, seeing his daughter grow up,being with her at her first dance,cheerleading game and so on....well I will handle this just fine, AFDC is my last resort, I'll just keep my fingers crossed he wakes up...Thanks again
