TX.If a juvenile gets in a lot of trouble (bad seed) age 11 throu 18 and lise or hurts someone Or cauase false reason. and now over 18 can the past be used as evidence to the ones character.

Depending on the severity of any new 'adult' charges, a prosecutor may be allowed to present evidence of juvenile conduct to show prior history.

And, in addition, the priors could possibly used for enhancing a new crime into something more severe. It's a real complicated mess but if the prosecutor is willing, it can be done.
