What is the name of your state? Texas

I will make this as brief as possible. My ex-husband finally agreed to modify our child visitation agreement to include that there will be no drugs around our daughters and no drinking and driving while they are in his care (what he does on his own time is his business). We can not afford an attorney, so I found Texas Family codes to go by. my problem now is, in my research I was informed I need to file a Motion to Modify along with a transfer from Bexar County to Williamson County. I have called the district clerk and have googled online for hours. My ex and I are going tomorrow to sign this agreement and have it notarized. I then, will file it. Does anyone know where or what forms I need to do this? I am not asking anyone to research it FOR me, I just can not find anything except sites that you pay to download the forms. ANY help would be VERY much appreciated.

Sincerely,
Shannon

You might try the law library at your local court house. Mine provides copies of the forms for like a nickel. They email them for free. They were also very helpful in providing necessary info.
