alienation of affection

What is the name of your state? pa- my and i were seperated for about 3 months and he got a girlfriend. he would take the children for visits before the girlfriend came into the picture. he has totally abandoned them since he got the girlfriend. can i sue her for alienation of affection?

Probably not, but you may be able to take your ex to court for alienation of affection. After all it was his decision not to see his child not his girlfriends.
