I have been married for 15 years, and have 4 boys, 14, 13, 10, 8. My wife has stoped working after the 3rd. I am looking to get divorced for many reason, basically my wife stated she fell out of love with me and I think there may be another man in the picture. Also I have a house worth $1M and $250k in stocks.

Yes its possible to agree to a 50/50 split of assets. However you really should consult with an attorney. It may not be absolutely necessary or may be a bargaining chip to avoid alimony.
