jim oregon in determining spousal support based on wages do they take into account any income averaging or just take into account most recent tax year
wife married 18 years,we our both 40, three kids 14,14, and 8. i have huge income in closely held buisness yet averaged about 80k last year maybe 160k of which we paid of 80k in unsecured debt. will judge look at the whole picture, that i am a 80k a year guy or will i get shafted because last year a little bit of a fluk and thats what they will zone in on.
also wife didn't work but took 6 years of karate (black belt) also one years college. me on other hand no college but seasonal successful buisness but no guarentees. she is in excellent phyisical shape and agreed to be working 3 years ago but won't..
big question what is fair i am thinking about 1200 spousal for 3 years and 1400 child support but is that fair.
signed i don't know
