My wife and I have been married for 1.5 years. I moved here one month before our marriage. My wife just graduated from College whereby I have been working for both of us from the time of our marriage on.
We will probably get divorced. My question: Do I have to financially support her? She now is working too.

Thank you.

Generally, unless the spouse is disabled and cannot work or has been a many-decades homemaker and would need training before entering the job market, the courts don't order spousal maintenance.

Hope this helps ease your mind.
