After a short term marriage ex was awarded alimony for a short term. Ex has a disability. Currently ex gets disibility and S.S checks in addition to alimony. Ex is still single, i plan to remarry soon. How can i protect future spouses assets and income to prevent ex from going back to court for an increase in alimony?
I want to keep new spouses assets and salary protected.
