My husband and I have been married for 6 1/2 years. We filed for divorce together today. I requested 50% of his income for the next two years and equal distribution of debts. He agreed to this and even wrote this in his answer packet. If we both agree will the judge just order what we want? Couldn't afford a lawyer,doing this on my own. We have no children.
