I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 young children. If my husband and i are legally separated, does he have to pay alimony to me? If so, how long will it last, and when would i have to go back into the work force? I live in Pennsylvania.

PEnnsylvania doesn't recognize legal separation as a marital status. So....you can get a separation and custody agreement for support, spousal support.
