I live in MI, i just finished paying (5 years) of alimony to my x-wife she was paid cash every month thru our daughter instead of c/s/e. Can she if she so decides to say that she was never paid because it was not paid thru friend of the court???Our daughter did not get receipts, does this make a difference?
