NJ = The mother of my boyfriends children seems to be having a problem with letting him go. Although they were never married, she has shared his house with him. He has been staying with me for a few months now, trying to get her out of his life. The question is about the kids. She has threatened him that if I am around the kids, she could take full custody from him. Is this true? I don't want to cause anymore problems as they go through this separation. She is not leaving and trying to make this drag on forever. There are events coming up that I have been invited to, such as a wedding where his kids ( 6 - 7 ) will be attending too. How can we all go together if she is going to take them away from him? What shall I do? What are his rights as the father? Please help.
