What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa.
we recently sold our used vehicle. the buyer and we both wrote up a bill of sell stating car purchased by whom and for amount as is. now the buyer is having a problem with that vehicle and states they are getting a lawyer. should we be concerned? the vehicle was in good condition and we told them what we had done to it and what if any problems we had with it. they refused to take it for a test drive and since have driven home and back to us and home again when we did the title work. a hour and a half drive both ways.we didn't have the problems they are having with it now. so what should we do if anything?vehicle is 12 years old and was owned free and clear when sold.
