Dogs are doing much better. I think our confrontation scared some sense in to him - I have checked on them every day since our conversation and they have been well attended to. The Humane Society will still be getting a call from me - this guy is not to be trusted.
Thanks for the advice. I will send him a certified letter after I leave. Fingers crossed...this will be the last time we correspond.
Could the clouds be breaking? Perhaps...perhaps.

I hate to show my soft side.. worried about the doggies. and hope the best for you... okay to resurrect this thread... I will be looking for it.
Got a rescued mutt of my own that looked like a greyhound when I got her... turned out to be a pitbull/ rat terrier mix which are stocky mo-foes she was starved... She just had a claw prob fixed and just got a great health exam...I was told (by a very cute vet may I add) That her coat was beautiful she was muscular... perfect weight... sheet... I glowed... she glowed... the bill was not great but hell Who the frig cares... but Crappola who can do that to a dog???
