Annulement of Marriage and Revoking Citizenship?

Hi,
I have got my citizenship through US Army ,I have requested divorce from my husband because of his previous abuse,control even when I came from AIT I got restraining order against him.I filed for divorce and his lawyer sent me return letter that he wants annulment of marriage because I married him for greencard and when I got my citizenship I wanted divorce,which is not true.He was asking me for divorce everyday since I married to him because he does not feel comfortable married he wants me girlfriend then suddenly he was not sure about feelings until I went to military training and he started using my money then he started saying he loves me and he is sorry for what he told me before.I am wondering if the annulment of marriage will revoke my citizenship That I already have , he is requesting annulment based on marriage for green card.Is this a possible way to revoke my citizenship that I got it through my voluntary service in the military?

An annulment is not easy to get in the first place, and in the second place its highly unlikely that an annulment would revoke your citizenship, particularly since you got it through military service. However, do speak to your local JAG, and perhaps an immigration attorney about your citizenship.
