I have married an immigrant, and sponsor her, she lived with me for 2.5 years, just after the two year mark she separated out the accounts, started to move away from me in an emotional way. I was feeling like the third wheel, she, as a result of returning to the US, was able to be reunited with her daughter. She had lived here for about 8 years illegally and had a child who stayed here when she had to leave. Now she has the daughter, and I felt used. I met another woman who I really got along with great, never any drama or feelings of insincerity. I was going to leave my wife and after two weeks of being away from home I went back after some prompting from a friend who had been getting phone calls from her. Now since my return, we have not lived together, maintaining separate places, and I have been supporting her and she has been collecting grant money for school and not including the money I pay each month for her to enjoy our home. Around christmas we had a break through and she wanted me back, so we moved together and i notified my landlord i was moving out, four days prior to the move out date she forced me from the home on an allegation which was totally false. I don't want to be used like this, she made threats, and malicious emails were sent out to further drive me from her, and then I mentioned "there may be complications with Immigration I wrote a draft to submit to see if there was some things that could be done. That was all it took the next thing you know the constables show up serving me with an order of Temp protection, we went to court and they granted it, she had no witnesses, only her word against mine and conversations that were between her and her mother, and brother in law, I had prepared a weak case it seems because i was not ready for the court to buy into all the lies. There was no "violence" no police intervention, no call to police, no medical no physical witnesses except for me and I didn't do anything in the alleged attack. I tried to hold her hand and I gave her a hug and she screamed in my face that she hated me and never wanted to see me again, I got out of the car, waved and left. Monday morning 2 days later i get a phone call her car "caught on fire" well not exactly but now i am being blamed for this also. I have no malice. She was preparing fraudulent documents to send to the IRS, to my church, to my children, to my ex wife. and at that point I said "stop threatening me" and I followed up with I will ck into the immigration. If I am not mistaken character of the individual is considered. She has hacked into my email, retrieved a profile which I had posted after she forced me out, and then rewrote my profile with profane things, libelous, and then added her email address for inquiries of women who had talked to me to contact her. I have since removed the account, and my attorney stated the information that she posted may help me in removing the restraining order, so I wrote to the company and they are able to release the records but only with the proper authorities making the request. All this said I am wondering if in light of the way that this has gone down and she trying to jump through the violent loop hole, how, as an american citizen who has no record and is sincerely a calm mild mannered person, get this woman what she deserves?
