I adjusted the aim and sensor today and will fine tune it this week. I think it's ok now but expect to hear complaints from across the way no matter what. They seem to be upset when I cut my grass, when I water my grass, when I'm playing with my daughter in the yard, if I get something from the shed, etc. That's ok, each time they yell I just smile and give a friendly wave. I'd actually like if they would rebuild the fence - about 20 feet tall if only the county would allow it!
