An annulment (also called nullity of marriage) is a proceeding to declare a marriage void. A marriage that is incestuous or bigamous is always void and is not legally valid. Other marriages are voidable and may be declared void on various grounds such as unsound mind, force, fraud, physical incapacity, under the age of consent, or prior existing marriage

Basically, you need a divorce.
