...or is nearly everyone on this site an armchair attorney with judge, jury, and prosecutor mentalities? So what if someone is a jerk, dead beat, louse, etc. Isn't this supposed to be a forum of people helping people? Isn't it about people who have possibly gone through some simular situations, or have some legal background that can honestly give people some helpful advice. If someone puts something really stupid on here, can't we just ignore it. It's discouraging to read all the acidic remarks and judgemental statements. How about some real help? Isn't that why most people come here. I know I did, and I still have some questions???? Legal matters are very unfamiliar grounds for most of us, please excuse the ignorance if you are more educated. After all, were you born with all the knowledge required to give advice. I wasn't. Thank You

Yes, there are several attorney's here... and non-attorneys who are qualified to answer from their experience... and yes, even some jerks who have no legal experience and/or knowledge.... and yes, even more that post without asking ANY legal questions at all.... as you have done.
