There are several places on the net where you can review case law. The first place in the Ohio government website. www.ohio.gov There are also other sites, westlaw.com, versuslaw.com, loislaw.com, findlaw.com

They all charge a fee, but at least a few of them give free introductory memberships...and you may be able to find what you need during that period.

I was just going to ask the same thing, BB>

Samson - PLEASE try to keep it all in one thread. You've got them all over the place and a lot of people (myself included) simply aren't going to go scurrying around to put all the info together. If it's not important enough for YOU to keep things organized, why should we do it for you?

sorry in ohio

ohio, it was so important to me that i was chasing you guys around strating thread after thread to try and get someones attention, Next time i will keep it on one thread. I also have an update, I did go to legal aid today, they said they would have something for me during the week. I called my ex to speak to the child , and find out what time i could get him tommorrow, NO DICE, she now refuses to let pick child up. Saying something about if i had something notarized on not taking the child I could see him. I had drawn up shared parenting forms off the net and have given her those weeks ago, I mentioned it to her, and she said " I am not going to give that to you anymore". So now I dont know when I will see my son. So, here is my questions for the day, is taping phone conversations submissable in ohio, and what do you think i should do about seeing my son?
